Consis Baltic changes its name to Contus LT and the brand name to Contus

PRESS RELEASE 2012.12.17 Consis Baltic changes its name to Contus LT and the brand name to Contus Lithuanian accounting and tax consulting company "Consis Baltic" changes its name to "Contus LT". From now on the company becomes a member of a pan-Nordic "Contus" group and will be using brand name of Contus. "Unification of the brand name in all the markets we serve today is a result of our several years work in Nordic countries. The business reality requires a uniform standard of services in all our offices in every country that is served by Contus group. Our long time experience as franchisees of a Nordic accounting chain has clearly shown that an accounting chain is not able to provide a uniform quality of services throughout all the members of chain. Therefore Contus group has acquired controlling stakes in accounting companies in Norway and Sweden and integrated these companies into the Contus network. We therefore think, that now we are able to serve international clients from any Contus office in Nordic or Baltic countries", Marius Buivydas, CEO of Contus LT told. Being a part of it makes us grow significantly faster than otherwise, because we can now reach Lithuanian, Swedish, and in the future possibly Polish speaking customers in Norway. The company belongs to Contus group and in the future is going to be renamed to Contus Økonomi AS. UAB Contus LT is an accounting and tax consulting firm held by Lithuanian shareholders. The main activities of the company is accounting, tax advice, as well as company formation services. Up to date UAB Contus LT was using Consis brand name provided on franchise basis by a big Norwegian accounting and tax consulting chain. Today Contus group has four offices: in Vilnius (Lithuania), Kaunas (Lithuania), Oslo (Norway) and Stockholm (Sweden).
