DOJUS group, which carries out trade, service and rental of agricultural, forestry and municipal machinery in Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus and the Kaliningrad region, has a new member of the board. Dirk Stratmann, who has more than 30 years of experience at John Deere, one of the DOJUS group’s leading suppliers, has joined the board.
"Dirk has extensive experience at John Deere: from the regional manager in charge of Lithuania in the 1990s to his most recent position of Director Sales & Marketing Russia and the CIS. I believe that his expertise in the international agribusiness, well-established business network, knowledge of the markets we are operating in and our company since its establishment will help us grow even faster and bring new insights into strategic decisions, ”says Donatas Dailidė, DOJUS group CEO and Chairman of the Board.
After completing his career at John Deere in fall 2021 Dirk Stratmann currently holds selected advisory positions, including the Mechanical Engineering Industry Association (VDMA) in Germany, John Deere business partners and other companies operating in the agricultural space.

The Board of the DOJUS group now consists of: Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer Donatas Dailidė, Founder of the group Pranas Dailidė, Chief Marketing Officer Justina Dailidaitė-Vildžiūnienė, Chief Financial Officer Marius Garuckas and Dirk Stratmann.
DOJUS group, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary next year, currently employs more than 350 people who work in 22 outlets in four countries. The group expects to reach a record turnover in 2021.
