In August 2012 Verslo žinios daily published the selling ratings of the largest Lithuanian B2B companies, where Synergium became the first among the Lithuanian translation companies according to the sales indicators in 2011. Synergium holds the 21st place in the total ranking and the comparison of results of the first quarter of 2011 and 2012 indicates that the sales grew by 34.18%.
"Clients tend to buy repeatedly and their range is constantly expanding, therefore these numbers indicate the trust in our quality of service", Synergium manager Mindaugas Kazlauskas commented.
Synergium was growing rapidly in recent years. Over the five years, its turnover increased nearly 600 per cent. In 2011 the company was ranked among the fifty best growing technology companies in Central Europe, and Synergium became the third in Verslo žinios GAZELĖ 2010 project among growing small and medium Lithuanian enterprises that were most successful over the last five years.
"Over the last five years our company was rapidly expanding, and currently our growth is stable. We accept the challenge to maintain our leadership position. Our range of clients from different industries is expanding, so we consolidate our efforts to adapt to their different needs. Our desire to be productive and keep moving forward will undoubtedly be helpful," says Synergium manager Mindaugas Kazlauskas.
Synergium manager Mindaugas Kazlauskas agreed to share the secrets of competitive business strategy at GAZELĖ 2012 conference in Vilnius on December 25. This year's theme of the conference is "Competitive business: strategies, tools, practices". It will bring together more than 400 major companies from Lithuania and foreign markets.
