LITiNTERP Guest House says YES to the “Do Not be Naive on the Road” project becoming international.

The LITiNTERP Guest House, providing accommodation services in Vilnius and Klaipėda, has remained faithful to the “Do Not be Naive on the Road” social project.

The cooperation agreement with the project’s manager, Mindaugas Jonušas, which was extended for 2016, has provided even more freedom to carry out the project’s activities in Vilnius and Klaipėda.

Česlovas Koreiva, Manager of the Guest House, said that the project’s impressive activities last year and faith in the benefit brought by the project to safe travel on the roads by young people was an incentive to renew the cooperation agreement. It was also a personal desire to contribute to the social activities, by providing free stay in the LITiNTERP Guest House for the project’s volunteers.

The two managers appreciate the fact that the “Do Not be Naive on the Road” project, which has been functioning in Lithuania for more than a year now, has grown out of its initial national project shoes and is becoming an international project. The international start of the project will begin in Latvia, together with local partners, bus parks and youth organizations, by looking for ways to encourage the public to be responsible and change unsafe travel habits. The LITiNTERP Guest House hopes that with the intensification of the international project activities, its help in providing accommodation to the “Do Not be Naive on the Road” volunteers from Latvia and Estonia will certainly facilitate the rapid development of the project in neighbouring countries.

The LITiNTERP Guest House in Klaipėda is located in an authentic, historic house of the eighteenth century in Puodžių Street.
