Normal roof tiles or shingles have a weight of 50-80 kg per square meter, slate or even heaver. ,,SolteQ’’ Quad PV roof shingle weighs only 3.3 kg. This results in a weight of only about 14 kg per square metre. The roof shingle is absolutely storm-proof. The tiles are fixed to the battens at 3-points on the back of each tile for improved safety suspension, so the tiles cannot lift even in the most severe storms.
