SEB Enskilda and Newsec appointed to sell prime properties in the Baltics

SEB Enskilda and Newsec have been appointed as advisors for the sale process of the real estate fund’s BPT Secura A/S properties in the Baltic region. The agreement was signed at MIPIM in Cannes, France. The targeted marketing of the property portfolio will start in the first half of 2012 and the process is expected to be finalized over the next year. It is expected to attract interest from the majority of regional and global property investors. The fund consists of 10 retail, office and logistics properties, making approx. 100,000 sq.m, and situated in prime locations in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The fund’s gross property value is EUR 126m. About: BPT Secura A/S BPT Secura is a direct real estate fund investing in commercial properties in the three Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The fund is fully invested and has a property portfolio of approximately 100,000 sq. m. The focus of BPT Secura is on prime commercial properties within the retail, office and logistics segments.
